DAY TOURS - Booking Terms & Conditions
Prices shown are for coach travel only, unless stated otherwise. We allocate seats on our day tours, if you do require a specific seat we will try to honour this. However we do reserve the right to change your seat should the circumstance be deemed necessary. We make every effort to carry out the Day Tours & itineraries as advertised, but reserve the right to change stopping places & routes without prior notice due to circumstances out of our control. The company also reserves the right to cancel any Day Tour due to insufficient demand. All tickets must be paid for at the time of booking, in full. Please note that if seperate pick-up points are booked and we add another coach due to high demand, there is a possibility you will be travelling on seperate coaches. Please note any child travelling that requires a booster or Carseat must be provided by the adult travelling with them.
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, CREDIT NOTES

If the company cancels any Day Tour, a full refund will be made to the customer. In the event of our customers cancelling where the company
has already purchased tickets, cream tea's etc. for inclusive tours, we can only refund the coach travel. The following cancellation charges shall apply.
14-28 Days - FULL REFUND
7 - 13 Days - LESS 50% FROM ORIGINAL TICKET PRICE
Under 7 days - NO REFUND
Credit Notes can be issued in place of a refund, however the above charges apply. Please note all tickets can be transferred to future trips.
In the event that on the day of the tour customers cannot make it, we ask you to please call in to inform us of this so as the tour driver is not waiting. Please contact 01202 741439 to inform the office of this.
Groups of 10 or more will receive one seat free, where admission is included the customer would pay this part of the price. A 50% deposit will need to be paid when booking the group on to the tour and the remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to the day tour date. If the group require an alternative pick-up to our allocated points, we can try to work this in with the allocated pick-ups. However if this is not possible the group would need to get to one of our allocated pick-up point's.
