Sea View Coaches was founded during the mid 1960's with just one coach, primarily to transport staff of an engineering company to and from the developing Atomic Energy Research Establishment at Winfrith. The company soon gained an enviable reputation for safety, service and presentation, leading to the development of a private hire operation, further diversification and expansion. The beginning of the 21st century sees a fleet of 18 full size coaches, 2 midicoaches of 27 seats and 2 minicoaches of 16 seats, all with Air-conditioning. There are also 4 minibuses of 14 seats suitable for local school and works transport.  The company has a policy of regular fleet replacement to maintain a high standard of service.

Current activities of Sea View Coaches cover a broad spectrum of coach operation, both in the United Kingdom and on the Continent of Europe, and includes journeys to  national and international Speedway meetings. The company is proud to be a sponsor of the local Speedway and Football teams.
